Arabic Bridge Academy Marketplace Terms

Arabic Bridge Academy is operated by ANDAANDI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. These terms apply to learners, instructors, sponsors and visitors using the Academy marketplace.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect their managed authentication account and use the Academy lawfully. Account access may be limited for fraud, abuse, security incidents or material policy violations.

Free and paid courses

Instructors may offer a course for free or set a positive price. Course pages describe learning outcomes, language, level, access type and available previews. Free courses grant personal, non-transferable access after authenticated enrolment. Paid access begins only after the approved payment provider confirms payment.

Acceptable use

Users may not copy, redistribute, scrape, resell, attack, bypass access controls or use Academy materials to infringe rights. Course files and videos are for the enrolled learner unless a separate licence says otherwise.

Instructor marketplace

Instructor courses are reviewed before publication. Arabic Bridge charges no marketplace commission on free courses. For paid courses, Arabic Bridge deducts 5% of the displayed course price as its marketplace commission. The learner is not charged an additional Arabic Bridge fee above the displayed price. Payment-provider fees, refunds, chargebacks and applicable taxes may reduce a paid-course instructor payout.

Payments, fees and refunds

Free enrolment does not require checkout. For paid courses, prices, taxes and supported payment methods are shown at checkout. Refund eligibility follows the Academy Refund Policy and applicable law. Live paid checkout remains unavailable until an approved regulated provider is configured and Production acceptance is complete.

Internal sponsorships

Arabic Bridge may display clearly labelled sponsored placements selected and entered by its own administrators. The Academy does not use Google Ads, Meta/Facebook advertising scripts or third-party programmatic advertising networks for these placements.

Reviews and moderation

Reviews must reflect genuine learner experience. Arabic Bridge may moderate, hide or remove misleading, abusive or unlawful content.

Availability and changes

The Academy may change features, courses or policies to improve security, legal compliance or service quality. Material changes will be communicated through the service or registered contact details.

Liability

Learning outcomes depend on participation and circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control.
