Arabic Bridge is developed and operated by ANDAANDI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (“we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains how information may be handled when you use the Arabic Bridge application and website.
1. Information we may collect
- Account information such as name, email address and profile preferences.
- Learning activity such as lesson progress, achievements, review history and settings.
- Technical information such as device type, app or browser version, security logs and crash information.
- Microphone audio when a learner deliberately starts a pronunciation activity and grants permission.
- Messages, contact details and organisation information submitted through support, early-access or school-enquiry forms.
- Website engagement information such as page views, campaign source, button interactions, scroll depth and form completion events.
2. Website analytics and marketing forms
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Zaraz to understand aggregate website use, such as visits, popular pages, countries, devices and campaign performance. We may use Brevo or another contracted email provider to manage early-access lists, enquiries and product communications. Marketing messages are sent only where the recipient has provided the required consent and may be unsubscribed from.
3. How microphone audio is used
Microphone access supports pronunciation practice and feedback. The microphone is activated only after the learner chooses a speaking exercise. Audio is not sold or used for behavioural advertising. Saved or contributed recordings require a clear user action and applicable consent; otherwise audio should be processed only as necessary to provide the feature.
4. Why we use information
- To provide lessons, pronunciation feedback and progress tracking.
- To maintain accounts, security and reliability.
- To improve content, user experience and technical performance.
- To measure marketing campaigns and understand interest in the product.
- To respond to support, school and partnership requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Children and families
Arabic Bridge may be used by younger learners under the guidance of a parent, guardian or school. Website marketing and enquiry forms are intended for adults. Children should not submit contact or marketing information directly. Where law requires parental consent, the responsible adult should provide that consent before a child creates an account or provides personal information.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may use selected providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, payments or pronunciation processing. They may process information only for contracted purposes and must protect it. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal requirements, security and service operation. Marketing subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Account deletion may be requested through our account deletion page.
8. Your choices
You may decline microphone permission, avoid marketing forms, unsubscribe from emails, request correction or deletion, and contact us about privacy questions. Some features may not work without required permissions.
9. International processing
Depending on the providers used and the learner’s location, information may be processed in countries other than the country of residence, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
