These Terms govern use of Arabic Bridge, operated by ANDAANDI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.
1. Educational service
Arabic Bridge provides educational content and practice tools. Results vary by learner. Pronunciation feedback supports practice and is not a formal linguistic certification.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information and secure credentials. Parents or guardians should supervise children where appropriate.
3. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse communication channels, copy protected content at scale or use the service unlawfully.
4. Intellectual property
The app, curriculum structure, graphics, audio, software, trademarks and content are owned by or licensed to ANDAANDI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. Users receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the service.
5. Early access and pilots
Pre-release features, school pilots and testing invitations may change, contain errors or be discontinued. Participation does not guarantee a specific launch date or permanent access.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Where paid plans are offered, price, renewal and cancellation information will be displayed before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by the relevant store terms.
7. Availability
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond mandatory legal rights. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, subject to mandatory consumer rights applicable in the user’s country.
