Arabic Bridge Academy Content Policy
This policy applies to course pages, lessons, previews, files, assessments, reviews and instructor profiles.
Required standards
Content must be accurate, clearly organised, suitable for the stated audience, accessible where reasonably possible and supported by lawful rights or licences. Educational claims, qualifications and learner outcomes must not be misleading.
Prohibited content
The Academy does not permit unlawful material; hate or harassment; sexual exploitation; child sexual abuse material; instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing; malware or deceptive downloads; plagiarism; copyright infringement; impersonation; fraudulent credentials; dangerous misinformation presented as professional fact; or content designed primarily to manipulate reviews or payments.
Children and vulnerable learners
Courses intended for children must follow the Arabic Bridge Child Safety Policy, avoid inappropriate direct contact, minimise personal data and use age-appropriate examples and assessments.
Language, religion and culture
Arabic language, religious, historical and cultural material must be presented respectfully and with appropriate context. Legitimate differences of interpretation should not be misrepresented as settled fact. Content must not demean learners or communities.
Artificial intelligence
AI-assisted content must be reviewed by the instructor for accuracy, rights, bias and learner suitability. Instructors remain responsible for the final course. Synthetic media must not impersonate real people or mislead learners.
Previews and marketing
Public previews and course descriptions must fairly represent the paid or enrolled experience. Fake urgency, fabricated ratings, hidden fees and unsupported guarantees are prohibited.
Files and links
Uploaded files must match the lesson purpose and allowed file types. External links must be relevant, safe and lawful. Executables, secrets, private keys and credential-collection files are prohibited.
Moderation
Arabic Bridge may review, request changes, restrict, unpublish or remove content. Serious violations may suspend the instructor account and preserve evidence for legal or safety reporting.
Appeals
An instructor may ask for reconsideration through support with the course ID, decision and supporting explanation. Repeated submissions of unchanged violating content may be declined.
